- → Design, build, and deploy production-grade machine learning models
- → Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- → Build robust MLOps pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment
- → Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate ML solutions
- → Stay current with latest ML/AI research and evaluate new techniques
What we're looking for
- → 5+ years of experience in machine learning or related field
- → Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- → Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- → Solid understanding of ML fundamentals and statistics
- → Experience deploying models to production environments
- → Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- → Experience with LLMs and transformer architectures
- → Knowledge of computer vision or NLP
- → Experience with Kubernetes and containerization
- → Contributions to open-source ML projects
